Suspend AB 32

December 1, 2009

To all industry truck owners

I have taken historic steps to put suspending AB 32 on the ballot for November 2010.

I believe, to the recent revelations concerning the doctoring of facts concerning Hadley Institute the global hub  on Global warming and the recent revelations to the costs of implementing AB 32 I feel we cannot afford to wait to put the suspending of A B 32 on the ballot in 2012.

We have a great team in place to orchestrate a successful outcome.

The Tea Party has agreed to help us. We will need to get 390,000 certified signatures by June 26th of 2010.

We will be able to have petitions signed on the internet and we will need to raise money  to obtain enough signatures.

We must win this battle in order to save our state/If it A B 32 is implemented, not only will we lose 1 million more jobs/but any hope of an economic recovery will be futile. Our State will be involved in every aspect of our lives.

Also Congressman Tom McClintock has endorsed this proposition and is a co-signer on the proposition.
Ted Costa a premier proposition administrator in the State .Ted and John Stoos are  on the team.
We need your help and support to shut this down in California and the nation.

Thank You
Assemblyman Dan Logue
